Here’s all that you can order with your Vivint smart system
Unlike rival security companies, Vivint’s home and security services are customized for renters. Find out about a few of the most in demand devices and services:
Burglar alarms and glass sensors can warn you when an unwanted visitor enters your place. Get a text to your smartphone if an sensor goes off, or arm and disarm your components remotely to let in maintenance or guests when you’re not home.
Fire, flood, and safety alarms
Ordinary smoke detectors should come as part of your rental unit, but you may not get other environmental sensors. Install a wireless carbon monoxide alarm or flood alarm to notify you and your monitoring agents to danger before it’s too late.
A security cameras may be wirelessly hung so you can keep watch on indoor rooms. A doorbell camera lets you watch -- and converse with -- whoever is at the door. Watch live HD feeds and alerts about suspicious movement through your mobile app.
One of the benefits of choosing Vivint is the monitoring team that respond to your alarms. When a sensor triggers, your monitoring team immediately contacts you to make sure you’re secure. Then they’ll quickly contact the proper emergency personnel.
Automation components, such as smart bulbs, can be put in to make your rental home or apartment more efficient. Some components like a replacement smart thermostat or smart locks may involve prior landlord approval.
The Vivint App
Your St. George security system can be adjusted anywhere through the Vivint App. Watch live security camera feeds, remotely turn on and off devices, or set up schedules for all your smart devices. Then allow notifications to your mobile device if an alarm trips or a camera detects a suspected lurker.
